The BluePrint Toolset® is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP®or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities. This program is eligible for 16 SHRM Credits
This program runs for four (4) weeks, with two-hour Zoom sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
During this workshop series, you will experience a system of assessments and processes that enable you to flourish, enhance employee excitement, and allow your organization to achieve its mission.
Over the eight (8) two-hour workshop sessions, you receive feedback on your current leadership style, based on your personal BluePrint Toolset® assessment. You will also have a follow-up one-on-one customized coaching session.
During each two-hour, interactive session:

- Experience individual coaching to create targeted growth

Meet your Facilitators
Charmin Rockwell is the Director of Operations and Customer Relations for the BluePrint Toolset®. Charmin specializes in helping clients get results in their lives personally and professionally by utilizing the proven strategies, education, tools developed by The BluePrint Toolset® combined with her years of being a business owner. Charmin’s work focuses on making positive workplaces through career planning in the workplace, executive coaching and creating high performance work cultures. She is great at helping people and organizations – helping them shift from a “have to” workplace to a “want to” workplace.
Charmin is an experienced business owner, career development professional, performance consultant and professional speaker. Charmin has a passion for helping individuals create success in their lives, first developed with her Career Counselling company. Over the last 15 years Charmin has assisted individuals and organizations in achieving their personal and professional goals through career counselling, facilitating, and performance management consulting.
Michael J. O'Brien
Since 1985, Michael’s diverse background in finance, economics and human behavior has organizations around the world seeking his ability to bring the seemingly intangible aspects of organizational culture and performance to light. His consulting expertise has enabled hundreds of organizations to achieve their goals through transforming their culture. He has one-on-one coached over 4,000 senior executives on six continents on how to improve their leadership to drive those culture transformations.
Michael is the founder and co-creator of The BluePrint Toolset® — a suite of products used in the measurement and development of organizational cultures, leaders, teams, and individuals.
Dr. Jake Finifrock
Dr. Jake Finifrock, PhD is a professional Leadership Development Coach and Organizational Leadership specialist focusing on culture change, mindset, and individual and corporate performance. Jake is especially effective in teaching a systematic approach to mindset change that leads to long term advances in performance, culture shift, and positive team engagement. Jake currently is the owner of Up & Up Coaching and Consulting, where he guides teams and individuals through significant mental and procedural change to achieve greater individual and leadership success.
Jake draws from decades of experience in leadership in the non-profit sector where he specialized in educational program development, and from the Adventure Travel space where he led his own companies and served as director of Asia for a global Travel Trade Association. Jake has vast experience consulting in the travel, tech, manufacturing, medical, banking, and public sectors, where he engaged his unique ability to connect with clients where they are at and lead them into further growth.
