Michael J. O'Brien

Since 1985, Michael’s diverse background in finance, economics and human behavior has organizations around the world seeking his ability to bring the seemingly intangible aspects of organizational culture and performance to light.

His consulting expertise has enabled hundreds of organizations to achieve their goals through transforming their culture. He has over 4,000 coaching opportunties with senior executives on six continents on how to improve their leadership to drive those culture transformations.  

Michael is the founder and co-creator of The BluePrint Toolset® — a suite of products used in the measurement and development of organizational cultures, leaders, teams, and individuals.

Special Guest - Pia Ostos

Pia Ostos is SVP and Chief Performance Officer at Inmar Intelligence, driving organizational transformation, talent development, and brand-building initiatives. Since joining in 2020, she has held leadership roles, including VP and GM of CPGs, overseeing strategy and P&L for Inmar’s CPG business unit. Pia brings over 12 years of experience in brand management at companies like Procter & Gamble, Hasbro, and Wayfair, where she led strategy, innovation, and go-to-market efforts while fostering cultures of excellence.


Pia holds an MBA from Babson College and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana. Named a 2024 Progressive Grocer Top Woman in Grocery, she is also a mentor at Endeavor. An accomplished golfer, marathoner, and global traveler, Pia has visited 65+ countries.
