    Dr. Amy Young

    Amy M. Young is a faculty member at the Ross School of Business at University of Michigan and currently serves as the faculty director of the Center for Positive Organizations Consortium.  She is also an adjunct research professor in the Michigan Medicine Department of Radiology where she studies organizational factors that foster employee wellbeing within healthcare settings. She received her Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Michigan.  

    In addition to her work within the university, Young enjoys using science to identify practical solutions for companies and organizations.  She is the co-creator of The BluePrint Toolset®, and has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies in the financial, manufacturing, consumer products, automotive, and healthcare industries and has consulted for companies such as Kellogg, Honeywell, PwC, Abbott Pharmaceuticals, UTC, AMEX, Unilever, and many others.

    Ali El-Ayoubi is the President and CEO of The BluePrint Toolset®. Having left her first career as a Registered Nurse due to burn out, Ali has spent the last 4 years working with leaders and teams to navigate gaps within their organizations.

    Ali’s primary focus is how different generations show up in the workplace and how to create an environment where all people can thrive. Ali has a passion for connecting women leaders to their passions, reducing workplace burnout, and removing “perfectionist” from the corporate lexicon.

Charmin’s work focuses on making positive workplaces through career planning in the workplace, executive coaching and creating high performance work cultures.
